At Magnolia Supply Company, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-branded products tailored to your needs. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

Custom & Personalized Products

Due to the nature of custom and personalized items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Order Issues & Defective Products

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. To request a refund or replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@magnoliasupplycompany.com.

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.

  • Our team will review your request and provide next steps within 3 business days.

Cancellations & Changes

Orders for custom-printed, embroidered, or engraved items can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins, and changes may not be possible.

 

 

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom or personalized items unless defective.

  • Clearance or sale items.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
